Who is this course for?
For all people who want to increase their vital energy.
Who is this course not for?
If you do not want to change and you are not willing to dedicate 15 to 20 minutes each day to your personal practice, then this course is not for you. Because increasing your vitality implies a minimum of daily practice and personal discipline. It is not something magical that happens miraculously. Your discipline is your best ally on that path to a life more vital and fuller.
How will this course be taught?
You will have access to online videos where I will explain everything you need to learn to increase your vitality. I will teach you pranayamas, kryas and specific meditations to be able to develop your inner energy. (You can watch these videos as many times as you want, all videos will be accessible on the platform).
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
I have never practiced yoga before. Can I follow this course?
Of course. The purely physical part of the course - the pranayamas, the kryas and the meditations - are available to everyone - I have chosen simple and very effective series that will stimulate your energy. These series are very powerful and they will act at many levels transforming you little by little.
I have health issues. Can I follow this course?
If you have health issues, you have to consult with your doctor first. If he gives you the go-ahead, then go ahead. Kundalini Yoga is very healing.
I am pregnant. Can I follow this course?
This course is not for pregnant women. It has many breath control exercice that cannot be practiced by a pregnant woman. If you are pregnant, please, come back once you have given birth to your sweet baby. And meanwhile, chant mantras ... it is very important for you and your baby.
